Avista HVAC Rebates (Washington Customers)
If your home or business is served by Avista (electric or natural gas), you may be eligible for rebates on energy-efficient HVAC systems and water heating equipment.
Qualifying HVAC Equipment
Avista offers incentives for installing high-efficiency systems such as:
- Air-source heat pumps
- Ductless mini-split systems
- Packaged HVAC units (residential & small commercial)
- Natural gas furnaces and boilers
- Heat pump water heaters
These systems use less energy, helping reduce monthly utility bills while improving indoor comfort.
How Avista Rebates Work
- Rebates are often provided as instant discounts through participating contractors or distributors
- Equipment must meet efficiency requirements and be installed by a qualified contractor
- Systems must be connected to Avista electric or natural gas service
- DIY installations typically do not qualify
Additional Residential Programs
Avista also offers:
- Whole-home energy efficiency rebates
- Insulation and weatherization incentives
- Income-qualified programs with free or reduced-cost upgrades
Gas Furnace Rebates
Customers purchasing qualifying gas furnaces must have a valid natural gas service account with Avista.
