I was referred to Experts when we needed a ductless system installed in a rental during a short time gap which occurred between tenants.
They made the process easy because of their knowledge of the product and process, very good communication, and willingness to accommodate the tight timeline I proposed. One thing I especially appreciated was their quote included the work required to be done by an electrician (different company). Not all HVAC businesses will do that, and trying to coordinate that work is difficult to do in our area. Thanks all for your absolute professional service!

This was through my home warranty, I’d never heard of Experts Heating and Cooling before.. Glad the warranty comany knows them! The technician was timely and knowledgable and was able to solve the issue right away. He also took the time to tell me about a program through Oregon Energy Trust where I was able to order a new Thermostat for almost nothing. I would definitely recommend Experts Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

Their technician, James, has always been the person who has serviced our system and he is always on time and communicates well what needs to be done. Experts pricing seems competitive with other HVAC companies we’ve dealt with, but we have liked the timely and friendly service we get with them better.

Experts Heating & Cooling are contract suppliers with our Home Warranty Co. Experts & their tech James Bizzell were impressive. Showed up next day after we contacted 2-10 Warranty. James was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed issue with our noisy Lennox heat pump. Parts on order with repair expected in few days. Lucky for us parts & labor mostly covered by our home Warranty.

I highly recommend Experts Heating and Cooling. My heat pump stopped functioning, leaving me with no AC during the summer heat. My home warranty company sent Experts Heating and Cooling out to do the repair and Ricky was very pleasant. I needed a replacement part that had to be ordered and shipped so it took longer that I had hoped to get it repaired, but that wasn’t on them. Brittany was great at keeping in touch to let me know when the part shipped and Ricky worked on his day off to get the repair done before another hot weekend. I even heard him chatting with my timid blind cat while he was working, which made me smile. Animals always know who the good people are!

Having contacted several local contractors to complete a mini-split ‘single-zone’ installation for our garage, we ultimately decided on EH&C Inc. given their informative review of our home and our somewhat unique application. Kyle was quick to visit our residence, reviewed our desired setup, and provided useful feedback and an immediate yet competitive quote.
Following coordination with Brittany and Team, our project was completed within just 3-days of accepting the related quote. The guys arrived promptly at 9AM and Kyle too assisted his Team with the layout and routing of all required facilities. The guys made quick work of the installation and setup, provided a clean, organized and professional installation, and offered a thorough review of the system’s operation and use of the associated remote control.
Our project included a Mitsubishi 24,000 BTU heat pump and wall mounted unit for a 1,000 square foot garage and we are very pleased with the installation, performance, and operation. Owners, Kyle and Brittney Kent are the most genuine people you’ll work with. They are fair, will not play games and provide quality products with superior service. I’d also like how they support their community, from supporting kiddos and their rodeo dreams, to the events put on at the Clark County Saddle Club, as well as various other events like Hike on the Dike. For the past 2 years they have sponsored my son and his horse for all their local rodeo events. Last year, they helped get them to Las Vegas, NV for the biggest barrel race of their lives.

Ricky came out to do a full inspection on our 19 year old heating and AC system. I watched part of it and was very impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable he is. The fee was very reasonable and I felt like I got a very honest assessment. Highly recommend.

We recently had to hire Experts to diagnose and repair a super old unit in a manufactured home we own as a rental. We’ve only worked along side of them as an electrical contractor and had a great experience with that so when we needed a personal repair, we chose them. I’m so glad we did! Not only did they squeeze us in because the weather the following week was supposed to be in the hundreds, they were more than fair on their price and ended up spending a lot of time with fixing the old unit. They could’ve easily told me that it was not fixable and tried to sell me on a new unit, but instead made the repairs and got it back up and running prior to the heat wave. You can bet that we will call them when we need to replace the whole unit. Kyle and his tech Rusty were so knowledgeable, professional and honest.

Kyle and Team Experts Heating & Cooling did an amazing job. Our home in Washougal, built 1959 with zero renovations, could not have been a more challenging project for a furnace replacement and an addition of an A/C unit. They navigated the project like the professionals they are, with smiles and determination. They were very competitive, on time, they stuck to their original estimate, and went above and beyond to help us bring this home up to 2024 standards. Just before summer heat too! I had a heating problem when I arrived home Wednesday night. It’s winter. The chances of getting anyone to come out ASAP. Seemed slim to none. I also live a long distance from mini major metropolis. I called up 4 places. Expert heating and cooling said… My guy is off work. Let me call and see if he’s willing to stop by your close. Lo and behold within the hour he came and diagnosed my furnace. Friday was his day off, but he showed up here right after getting the part Friday morning early. I’d like to take them and Rickey especially. Says it’s going to be 29° tonight. Your extra effort is duly noted. You guys will be the only people I ever call in the future. thanks again. God bless and happy holidays.

Ricky was on time, professional and very quick. He was quiet enough not to wake our two year old as she had just gone down for a nap. Although this was just a service call to make sure our systems were ready for the winter, we did have him do an A/C repair this last summer. Amazing work was done both times!

Our heat pump stopped working during the recent 100 degrees heat wave. We had seen good reviews about Expert Heating and AC in our area (which is rare in the Columbia River Gorge) so we called and they were able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem and fix it right away. We will definitely be using them again!

My air conditioner stopped cooling and after making appointments with 2 other local businesses ( one was a no show, the other had an appointment 2 weeks in the future) these guys came out next day. Fixed the problem on-site for a reasonable price. Very pleased. Professional from the start, they even gave me a heads up that the technician might be running late (he still arrived in the time window) thumbs up. So glad to have a nice cool house again!
