Our company had a mini-spilt that wouldn’t turn on and threw an error code. Another HVAC company scheduled us for a diagnostic visit in 4 weeks and need a follow up visit to fix it. Called Experts and they scheduled Ricky to stop by early the following week. He diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. Ricky was super friendly and knowledgeable, and Brittany and Kathy at the office were awesome to work with. The total cost was less than the diagnostic charge from the other company. They’re definitely our go-to company for HVAC repair and service now!

Our heat pump stopped working during the recent 100 degrees heat wave. We had seen good reviews about Experts Heating and AC in our area (which is rare in the Columbia River Gorge) so we called and they were able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem and fix it right away. We will definitely be using them again!

Kyle showed us options for a new efficient conventional heat pump system and walked us through the pros/cons of each part of the system when we were selecting options. The crew showed up for installation when they said they would and were professional and efficient. We utilized our old duct work in the house and Kyle’s crew went above and beyond to remove the old patched together system and rebuilt it to look like new. New homeowner and didn’t know what to do about my old gas furnace that was acting up. They diagnosed and fixed the issue, and even went out of their way to teach me how to clean my heat pump. In the end, it was a dimple issue and they didn’t even charge for the labor. Definitely recommend.

Our 50 year old electric furnace finally gave out and we wanted to upgrade to a heat pump. Had multiple HVAC companies come out for bids. Kyle and Experts were by far the most knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably prices. Quite rare, and a welcome surprise to find the best company, with the best equipment also had the best price! I don’t give out many 5 star reviews, but Kyle, Brittany and the install crew were all fantastic. Answered all our questions, did great professional work and were super responsive. Would highly recommend if you have any HVAC needs for repair or installation.

Very happy with Ricky’s help this week. Our heat pump stopped pushing out any heat. He cleaned our coils and showed us what might have went wrong, reset the machine and even optimized our thermostat keypad. Great job.

My air conditioner stopped cooling and after making appointments with 2 other local businesses (one was a no show, the other had an appointment 2 weeks in the future) these guys came out the next day. Fixed the problem on-site for a reasonable price. Very pleased. Professional from the start, they even gave me a heads up that the technician might be running late (he still arrived in the time window) thumbs up. So glad to have a nice cool house again.

Truly are experts!!! They found several problems I was having that other companies couldn’t find. Also purchased a new heating/ac system very clean professional install. Great system our upstairs now heats and cools. Other companies just told me systems don’t cool upstairs.
