Owners, Kyle and Brittney Kent are the most genuine people you’ll work with. They are fair, will not play games and provide quality products with superior service. I’d also like how they support their community, from supporting kiddos and their rodeo dreams, to the events put on at the Clark County Saddle Club, as well as various other events like Hike on the Dike. For the past 2 years they have sponsored my son and his horse for all their local rodeo events. Last year, they helped get them to Las Vegas, NV for the biggest barrel race of their lives.

Had ac unit not working gave a call to experts heating and cooling they got me scheduled quickly and got my unit fixed same day for a minimal charge. Fast friendly and good price. Recommended them.

Ricky came out to do a full inspection on our 19 year old heating and AC system. I watched part of it and was very impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable he is. The fee was very reasonable and I felt like I got a very honest assessment. Highly recommend.
We recently had to hire Experts to diagnose and repair a super old unit in a manufactured home we own as a rental. We’ve only worked along side of them as an electrical contractor and had a great experience with that so when we needed a personal repair, we chose them. I’m so glad we did! Not only did they squeeze us in because the weather the following week was supposed to be in the hundreds, they were more than fair on their price and ended up spending a lot of time with fixing the old unit. They could’ve easily told me that it was not fixable and tried to sell me on a new unit, but instead made the repairs and got it back up and running prior to the heat wave. You can bet that we will call them when we need to replace the whole unit. Kyle and his tech Rusty were so knowledgeable, professional and honest.
Kyle and Team Experts Heating & Cooling did an amazing job. Our home in Washougal, built 1959 with zero renovations, could not have been a more challenging project for a furnace replacement and an addition of an A/C unit. They navigated the project like the professionals they are, with smiles and determination. They were very competitive, on time, they stuck to their original estimate, and went above and beyond to help us bring this home up to 2024 standards. Just before summer heat too! I had a heating problem when I arrived home Wednesday night. It’s winter. The chances of getting anyone to come out ASAP. Seemed slim to none. I also live a long distance from mini major metropolis. I called up 4 places. Expert heating and cooling said… My guy is off work. Let me call and see if he’s willing to stop by your close. Lo and behold within the hour he came and diagnosed my furnace. Friday was his day off, but he showed up here right after getting the part Friday morning early. I’d like to take them and Rickey especially. Says it’s going to be 29° tonight. I've been working with advantage for about 10 years. Outstanding professionalism. Superior work. They like to be prompt. But beyond all of that they care about you. And they will go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. If you use them you won't go back to anyone else.

Can't find a better deal than these guys, great service, got my heat back up in less than a week with oarts that had to be ordered.
Ricky was on time, professional and very quick. He was quiet enough not to wake our two year old as she had just gone down for a nap. Although this was just a service call to make sure our systems were ready for the winter, we did have him do an A/C repair this last summer. Amazing work was done both times!

Our heat pump stopped working during the recent 100 degrees heat wave. We had seen good reviews about Expert Heating and AC in our area (which is rare in the Columbia River Gorge) so we called and they were able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem and fix it right away. We will definitely be using them again!
My air conditioner stopped cooling and after making appointments with 2 other local businesses ( one was a no show, the other had an appointment 2 weeks in the future) these guys came out next day. Fixed the problem on-site for a reasonable price. Very pleased. Professional from the start, they even gave me a heads up that the technician might be running late (he still arrived in the time window) thumbs up. So glad to have a nice cool house again!
